Quote Requests Are Not Confirmations
Submitting a quote or contact form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Service is scheduled only after we confirm by phone, text, or email. For emergencies, call (980) 621-2690 directly — the fastest way to reach dispatch, 24/7.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing depends on distance, vehicle type, and service. We quote before work begins. Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed. If we tow at the direction of law enforcement or a property manager, applicable impound and storage fees apply.
Liability
Vehicles are transported with standard industry care. Any damage claim must be reported at the time of delivery and noted on the tow receipt. This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
